We view our employees as our most important asset. For more than 35 years, Dilling Group has invested in our future workforce with the development and accreditation of our Department of Labor (DOL) Office of Apprenticeship Program.
This 4 year accredited program involves classroom and on-the-job training for a variety of trades: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, pipefitting and welding. A Journeyman certificate is awarded upon completion.
During this training program, employees gain safe, valuable and real-world work experience in the field while earning a paycheck. The training is provided at NO COST to the employee as long as they’re employed.
Depending on your motivation, you can learn multiple trades at one time.
All of our craft instructors hold certifications from the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER).
We have multiple training centers with classrooms and hands-on shop areas to learn and practice skilled trades.
Continuous education and enhanced specialized training are provided.
