SAFETY

Join us as we Celebrate Construction Safety Week - May 1-5, 2023.  We'll have special Site Visits, Tool Box Talks and Contest for every employee to share why Safety Matters to them.  We're looking forward to some great moments!

Safety is the first of our core values and is a part of everything we do. We never approach a project or put someone on a job without first taking the proper precautions and providing the necessary training.

“Think 5 x 5,” is taught to all employees to ensure that they think and work safely at the point at which the work is taking place.


The “Think 5 x 5” safety initiative from Comfort Systems USA increases employee awareness and enhances the company culture. Everyone on our team “Take 5 Seconds and 5 Steps” to think about their surroundings to make sure it is a safe work environment. The process is then repeated as often as necessary to ensure they’re viewed the job/task from every angle.

Dilling Group has a full-time staff of safety professionals committed to keeping our employees as well as others on our work sites safe and injury free. Our safety managers are OSHA 500 trained, and all workers are required to complete OSHA 10-Hour training with the majority of workers having completed OSHA 30-Hour training.

We are proud to participate in several third-party safety organizations that monitor and evaluate our safety performance.  This is just a list for your reference.
