New 68,000 sq foot building with offices, rental spaces and two gym’s. HVAC systems consist of packaged RTU’s, Make-up air units, VRF office HVAC systems, Kitchen hood with welded ductwork and diffusers. Plumbing systems consist of sanitary, vent, domestic water and soft water, gas piping.
